Zemas Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Protein Cookie Shake Recipe
This is a decadent, yet better-for-you, shake that will satisfy your sweet tooth while supplying your body nutrients it can use.
  1. 6 oz. water, milk or dairy-free alternative
  2. 1 serving chocolate protein powder (grass-fed whey or plant-based)
  3. 4 Mini Double Chocolate Cookies
  4. ½ c. gluten-free rolled oats
  5. ½ c. - 1 c. ice
  6. 1-2 T. nut/seed butter (optional)
  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender.
  2. Enjoy with a dollop of Zemas Chocolate Whipped Cream and a Zemas Double Chocolate Cookie.
