This is a decadent, yet better-for-you, shake that will satisfy your sweet tooth while supplying your body nutrients it can use.
- 6 oz. water, milk or dairy-free alternative
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder (grass-fed whey or plant-based)
- 4 Mini Double Chocolate Cookies
- ½ c. gluten-free rolled oats
- ½ c. - 1 c. ice
- 1-2 T. nut/seed butter (optional)
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender.
