Zemas Gluten-Free S'mores Bar
You don't need a campfire to enjoy s'mores thanks to Zemas S'mores bars, perfect for parties or a sweet treat for the family.
- Zemas Gluten-Free Multigrain Pancake & Waffle mix
- ½ c. palm sugar (sugar of choice)
- ½ c. butter (dairy-free or regular)
- 4 T. oil of choice (olive, grapeseed, coconut)
- 16 oz pkg. (2 c.) chocolate chips (dairy-free or regular)
- 3 c. mini-marshmallows
- Line a 13x9 pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In the bowl of a mixer, combine the mix, sugar, butter and oil.
- When the mixture is well combined, pour it out into the prepared pan and using your fingertips or spatula spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the base, and then sprinkle on the marshmallows.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool on wire rack.
