Zemas Gluten-Free S'mores Bar
You don't need a campfire to enjoy s'mores thanks to Zemas S'mores bars, perfect for parties or a sweet treat for the family.
  1. Zemas Gluten-Free Multigrain Pancake & Waffle mix
  2. ½ c. palm sugar (sugar of choice)
  3. ½ c. butter (dairy-free or regular)
  4. 4 T. oil of choice (olive, grapeseed, coconut)
  5. 16 oz pkg. (2 c.) chocolate chips (dairy-free or regular)
  6. 3 c. mini-marshmallows
  1. Line a 13x9 pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In the bowl of a mixer, combine the mix, sugar, butter and oil.
  3. When the mixture is well combined, pour it out into the prepared pan and using your fingertips or spatula spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the base, and then sprinkle on the marshmallows.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool on wire rack.
  1. For a great vegan and gluten free chocolate chip try Enjoy Life. For vegan marshmallows, pick up Dandies mini-marshmallows.
  2. For a less chewy bar, make the day ahead and cool on the wire reach for 1 day.
