In addition to mix, you will need:
1/2 c. black beans, drained and rinsed
10 ounces water
3 t. pure vanilla extract
1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1/4 c. chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350º. In a blender, puree black beans, water, and vanilla. Pour entire mix into a bowl and add wet ingredients and combine well. Add in chocolate and nuts (optional). Fill mini-muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 12 minutes.
