Focaccia Recipe



Zemas Gluten-Free Focaccia
Zemas Focaccia is the perfect side for any winter soup, or mix it up with your favorite flatbread toppings.
  1. Zemas Gluten-Free Multigrain Pancake & Waffle mix
  2. 1 c. water
  3. 1/4 c. egg whites (egg replacer)
  4. 1/4 c. oil of choice (olive, grapeseed)
  5. 2 T. pure maple syrup
  6. 1 t. apple cider vinegar
  7. 4 pum tomatoes
  8. 1 T. fresh basil, chopped (1 t. dried basil)
  9. 1 T. fresh oregano, chopped (1 t. dried oregano)
  10. minced garlic (optional)
  11. pinch of sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk all wet ingredients then add Zemas mix.
  3. Pour onto cookie sheet, spreading evenly.
  4. Slice tomatoes and layer on top.
  5. Add herbs, sea salt, and garlic evenly across the top.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake 40-50 minutes, cool on wire rack and enjoy!
