Zemas Gluten-Free Cranberry Relish Recipe
A delicious fall topping for our Zemas Sweet Potato Waffles or Pancakes filled with vitamin C and fiber. Sweet and sour, freshly made relish that will surprise your family for breakfast!
- 12 oz. fresh/frozen cranberries
- ½ c. pure maple syrup
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 4 T. water
- 2 strips of orange peel
- Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook on low heat until the cranberries are soft.
- Turn up heat and then cook until cranberries burst, stirring often.
- Remove from heat and use immediately over waffles or store in fridge for further use.
