Zemas Gluten-Free Cranberry Relish Recipe
A delicious fall topping for our Zemas Sweet Potato Waffles or Pancakes filled with vitamin C and fiber. Sweet and sour, freshly made relish that will surprise your family for breakfast!
  1. 12 oz. fresh/frozen cranberries
  2. ½ c. pure maple syrup
  3. 1/3 c. sugar
  4. 4 T. water
  5. 2 strips of orange peel
  1. Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook on low heat until the cranberries are soft.
  2. Turn up heat and then cook until cranberries burst, stirring often.
  3. Remove from heat and use immediately over waffles or store in fridge for further use.
  1. Serve over our gluten-free Sweet Potato Waffles recipe with a dollop of our dairy-free, gluten-free Coconut Whipped Cream recipe.
